Supply Chain Operations Coordinator – Balcatta

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator provides day‑to‑day operational support to Sodexo’s Supply Management team, focusing on the FM Procurement function. Working from the Balcatta Support Centre, the coordinator ensures smooth supply chain activities for site operations, new bids, and mobilisations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with sites for delivery, quality, and other supply chain issues via the central inbox and DataStation.
• Support procurement during bids by obtaining pricing and during mobilisations by coordinating supplier deliveries for Day 1 readiness.
• Resolve tactical problems that threaten supply continuity, such as payment delays or emergency conditions.
• Create, modify, or delete SKUs and assist with supplier onboarding.
• Collect, analyse, and report data to support procurement category reporting and presentation preparation.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills for abnormal or emergency situations.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
