Sourcing Manager

About the role

MESHKI is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead and execute its global sourcing strategy. Positioned at the crossroads of product development, production, and sustainability, the role blends strategic planning with hands‑on management in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and manage a global supplier base aligned with MESHKI’s quality, cost, ethical and sustainability standards.
• Develop and implement a country diversification roadmap to reduce reliance on a single market.
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities and capacity to meet commercial targets.
• Oversee end‑to‑end production workflows, including sampling, testing, approvals and quality sign‑offs.
• Manage supplier allocation, capacity planning, raw‑material lead times and production calendars to minimise risk.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance, ethical sourcing, labour standards and environmental regulations.
• Lead sourcing optimisation initiatives such as supplier diversification, cost efficiencies and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Design, Buying and Production teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a global supplier network in the fashion or related industry.
• Strong understanding of quality, cost, ethical and sustainability criteria.
• Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing and capacity with suppliers.
• Experience overseeing production workflows from sampling to final approval.
• Track record of implementing risk‑mitigation and diversification strategies.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration skills.
