About the role

CHC Helicopters is seeking a Category Sourcing Specialist to join its Indirect Category Team in Perth, Australia. The role focuses on developing and executing procurement strategies for both local Australian spend and assigned global indirect categories, supporting a wide range of corporate services such as travel, facilities, IT, and uniforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sourcing strategy for assigned indirect categories.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sourcing process, from market analysis to contract award.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple regions to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Provide regular reporting on spend, savings, and market trends.
