About the role
Ready to take your recruitment career to the other side of the world? Prospero Teaching is looking for ambitious, experienced Senior Education Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Sydney, Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities in the education sector.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Deliver exceptional recruitment results while meeting targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally at Senior Consultant level.
- Strong track record of winning new business and developing client accounts.
- Excellent relationship‑building and account‑management skills.
- Confident, resilient, commercially minded and willing to relocate to Australia.
