Senior Business Banking Manager – WA Flexible Location

About the role

The Senior Business Banking Manager will drive new customer acquisition for ANZ's Business & Private Bank across Western Australia. You will build and nurture relationships with brokers, real‑estate agents, accountants and business owners, delivering comprehensive finance solutions that grow funds under management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a deep network of broker and professional relationships.
• Drive a structured weekly operating rhythm to generate strong sales momentum.
• Use data and insights to identify and engage potential and existing customers.
• Make cold calls as part of the acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with internal ANZ stakeholders to solve complex client problems.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with brokers, accountants and real‑estate professionals.
