Restaurant Manager – Harbour Town Store

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our Harbour Town store. You will ensure fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food is served with a smile while upholding our humanitarian values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team – hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews and handling employee issues.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation and service.
• Order stock, manage inventory and liaise with suppliers.
• Handle office administration including paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and policy reviews.
• Prepare and monitor profit & loss statements, budgets and cost controls for food and labour.
• Oversee daily cleaning of production areas, dining room and overall restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and Workplace Health & Safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar quick‑service environment.
• Passion for Zambrero’s humanitarian mission and desire to make a difference.
• Commitment to building a positive, customer‑focused culture.
