Area Manager

About the role

Yo-Chi is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead the rapid expansion of its frozen‑yogurt venues across the Brisbane region. You will partner closely with Venue Leaders to raise performance, embed a culture of accountability and care, and support new store openings.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop Venue Leaders across multiple sites, driving people, customer experience and financial results.
• Support the launch of new venues, ensuring teams are set up for long‑term success.
• Maintain a hands‑on presence in stores, leading by example and staying connected to day‑to‑day operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement action plans and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and support functions to strengthen community ties and brand impact.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑site Area Management experience in quick‑service or hospitality environments.
• People‑first leadership style with strong coaching and influencing abilities.
• Track record of delivering operational excellence and financial performance.
