About the role
Join Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and help drive the daily operations of a high‑energy fast‑food outlet. You will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the brand’s commitment to fresh, preservative‑free Mexican cuisine.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations during busy service periods.
- Lead and motivate crew members, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Conduct crew training and development to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction.
- Support inventory control, financial reporting, and cost management as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a team in a high‑volume hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing team members.
Required skills
- Previous quick‑service restaurant experience (preferably with drive‑thru).
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
- Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
- First Aid certification.
