Research & Insights Specialist – Brand & Marketing

About the role

Join Capricorn’s Brand, Marketing and Experience team as a Research & Insights Specialist. You will shape member and supplier experiences by delivering strategic research and turning insights into action.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver strategic research projects, both internal and with external partners.
• Lead and enhance the Voice of Community research programme.
• Analyse data to produce actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Experience Strategy and Service Design to improve member and supplier experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research or Voice of Customer roles.
• Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into pragmatic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for workshops, senior presentations and stakeholder relationships.
• University degree in business, marketing, psychology, anthropology or a related field.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in survey design, qualitative research and data analysis.
• Experience using Qualtrics (and Q platforms).
• Proven ability to conduct primary research with customer/member databases.
