Remote Client Support Specialist for Teachers & Educators

About the role

We are seeking experienced teachers, educators or trainers to join our global personal development company as remote client support specialists. In this role you will use your communication expertise to guide prospective clients through our programs, providing clear information and building lasting relationships—all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing and client interactions through our CRM system.
• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone and email, sharing program details (no cold calling).
• Build relationships and guide clients through structured onboarding processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
• Organise your own schedule and workflow with support from leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑time work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools such as email, video calls and online forms.
• Self‑disciplined, able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and residing in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada or Europe.

• Experience with a CRM platform.
