Customer Service Representative – 24/7 Rotational Shifts

About the role
Join Bankwest's Customer Engagement Centre in Perth and provide chat and phone support to customers around the clock. This full‑time position operates on a rotating 24/7 roster, offering a dynamic environment where you help customers navigate our digital banking channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and online chat queries, delivering accurate and timely information.
- Assist customers with app and online banking features.
- Provide first‑point‑of‑contact resolutions and transactional information.
- Maintain awareness of operational risk, regulatory compliance, and health‑and‑safety requirements.
Required profile
- Willingness to work a 24/7 rotational roster, including early, evening, weekend and public‑holiday shifts.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Residence within reasonable commuting distance to the Perth office.
