About the role
Plantation Homes, part of the Henley Properties Group, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its high‑performing sales team in South East Queensland. You will shape strategy, inspire a talented group of sales professionals, and help the builder achieve its goal of delivering 10,000 homes by 2030.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a high‑performance sales culture, coaching a team of ten or more to exceed targets.
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy and customer experience in line with ambitious growth objectives.
- Collaborate with operational and functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys from the first display home visit through to handover.
- Identify market opportunities, analyse data, and make strategic decisions to maintain the builder of choice for Queensland families.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of proven sales experience with a volume residential builder.
- Strong commercial acumen and a customer‑first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a high‑performing sales team.
- Solid knowledge of building regulations and industry guidelines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data‑driven decision‑making.
