Recruitment Consultant – Blue‑Collar Industrial Roles

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑paced team in Adelaide CBD. You will focus on sourcing, screening and onboarding blue‑collar candidates for warehousing, logistics and manufacturing positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct at least 90 phone screens and 30 interviews each week, using job boards, social media, referrals and targeted ads.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates, keeping them engaged even when no immediate role is available.
• Assess suitability through phone and face‑to‑face interviews, manage onboarding documents and conduct reference, medical, police and other pre‑employment checks.
• Collaborate with account managers to match candidates to client requirements and coordinate placements.
• Update recruitment database accurately and provide timely application status updates to candidates.

Required profile

• Resilient and persistent, able to handle high call volumes.
• Strong verbal communication and confident phone manner.
• Excellent time‑management skills to juggle multiple processes.
• Attention to detail for compliance and onboarding requirements.
• Proactive mindset to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or high‑volume call environments is advantageous.
