Culture and Capability Specialist

About the role

The Culture & Capability Specialist will support the Culture & Capability Manager in delivering People & Culture and strategic priorities for Sutherland Hospital. This role designs and implements modern organisational development, learning and culture initiatives that build workforce capability and enhance employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver frameworks, tools, resources, procedures and policies that support organisational development and learning.
• Manage a portfolio of programmes including talent management, onboarding, culture and engagement, employee experience and recognition, leadership development, capability building and diversity & inclusion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align programmes with the health service’s strategic objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and leading organisational development or culture initiatives within a complex organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver leadership or capability development programmes.
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement and diversity & inclusion practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
