About the role
We are seeking a polished corporate professional to join a leading financial services firm in Sydney CBD. You will work alongside a co‑receptionist to deliver a premium front‑of‑house experience for high‑profile clients and visitors in a collaborative, ego‑free environment.
Key responsibilities
- Front of House: Provide a seamless, premium welcome for high‑profile clients and visitors.
- Phone Coverage: Manage incoming calls efficiently, ensuring a professional and warm first point of contact.
- Facilities & Contractors: Coordinate office maintenance, liaise with building management, and oversee onsite contractors.
- Office Management: Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and keep front‑of‑house and meeting rooms immaculate.
- Event Support: Assist with internal and external corporate events when required.
Required profile
- Experience: A few years of dedicated corporate reception experience, preferably in financial, legal or professional services.
- Presentation: Polished, professional appearance suited to a corporate environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, as the role is shared.
- Attitude: Smart, engaged, proactive and down‑to‑earth, fitting a supportive team culture.
