About the role
As an Admin Business Partner (Executive Assistant) you will support a senior executive by managing their calendar, communications and logistics with speed and confidentiality. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will act as the central hub that keeps the executive’s day running smoothly and focused on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of meeting requests and optimise the executive’s calendar for strategic impact.
- Serve as the primary connector between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Prepare meeting materials, design decks and create visual communications for critical information.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, handling logistics and accommodations.
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks such as expense reporting, document fine‑tuning and other administrative duties.
Required profile
- Digital native with a proactive, highly organised approach.
- Strong problem‑solver who continuously seeks faster, better ways to work, including leveraging AI tools.
- Ability to operate under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across the organisation.
