About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Greystar’s Development & Construction team in Melbourne on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, covering parental leave. You will lead a flagship build‑to‑rent residential development from procurement through construction to practical completion.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day project management for a major residential development.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive programme, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage design reviews, procurement processes, and construction progress.
- Support project reporting and ensure successful handover.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering medium to large‑scale residential or mixed‑use projects.
- Strong ability to manage competing timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with high attention to detail.
- Confident communicator able to influence and build relationships.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
