Project Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Parental Leave Cover)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Greystar’s Development & Construction team in Melbourne on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, covering parental leave. You will lead a flagship build‑to‑rent residential development from procurement through construction to practical completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project management for a major residential development.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive programme, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Manage design reviews, procurement processes, and construction progress.
• Support project reporting and ensure successful handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering medium to large‑scale residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong ability to manage competing timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to influence and build relationships.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
