• Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided).
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organised.
• Support tradespeople and team leaders as required.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Undertake manual handling tasks.

• Motivated and able to work with or without direction.
• Understand and work within strict safety standards.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
• Clear and professional communication style.
• Hold full working rights in Australia.
• Willing to undergo pre‑employment medical and drug screening.
