About the role
We are seeking reliable, hands‑on individuals to join our production crew. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support in a safe, team‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with general production and labouring tasks.
- Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided).
- Keep work areas clean, safe and organised.
- Support tradespeople and team leaders as required.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Undertake manual handling tasks.
Required profile
- Motivated and able to work with or without direction.
- Understand and work within strict safety standards.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Clear and professional communication style.
- Hold full working rights in Australia.
- Willing to undergo pre‑employment medical and drug screening.
