Food Can Operator – Automated Production Line

About the role

We are looking for a Food Can Operator to join our highly automated food manufacturing facility in Yatala. In this hands‑on position you will run and monitor high‑speed canning and packaging lines, ensuring product quality, efficiency and compliance with food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated canning and packaging equipment on rotating day shifts.
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments and changeovers.
• Conduct routine quality checks and ensure food‑safety compliance.
• Identify, report and help resolve faults or process issues.
• Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams.

Required profile

• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or automated production environments.
• Ability to work rotating day shifts (6 am‑6 pm) and follow safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food‑safety standards.

Required skills

• Operation of high‑speed canning equipment.
• Packaging line setup and changeover.
• Mechanical troubleshooting.
