Penetration Tester – Security Testing (Sydney)

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to strengthen the security posture of its enterprise systems. You will work on a variety of platforms, including web, mobile, and thick‑client applications, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive security assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced penetration testing across web, mobile, and thick‑client applications.
• Identify, analyze, and report security vulnerabilities in accordance with compliance standards.
• Develop detailed test plans, scope engagements, and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, remediation recommendations, and follow‑up documentation.

Required profile

• Possession of OSCP certification or an equivalent recognised credential.
• Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies and industry‑standard tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
