Mid-Weight Graphic Designer – Packaging & Product Development

About the role

Join Contain, a sustainable product development studio, as a Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will translate brand systems into packaging, marketing collateral, catalogues and product concepts, enjoying a hands‑on, in‑house environment that values flexibility and a working‑parent‑friendly culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare print‑ready artwork and dielines for packaging projects.
• Create physical and digital mock‑ups, maintain specification sheets, and quality‑check samples against standards.
• Refresh and build new catalogues using existing templates as product ranges expand.
• Design EDMs, digital assets for web, social and advertising, and keep the website updated with case studies.
• Support photoshoot art direction, produce content for sponsored posts, and assist with presentation visuals for client pitches.
• Apply client brand guidelines to packaging, manage briefings and rollout of projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field.
• Strong interest in packaging, sustainability and structural design.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate clearly with printers and clients.
