Level 2 IT Support Engineer – Sydney

About the role

We are a well‑established Managed Service Provider seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our technical team in Sydney. The role is primarily remote with occasional client site visits to resolve complex issues and maintain strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 escalation support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows and networking environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, router, switch and Wi‑Fi connectivity problems.
• Diagnose server faults and end‑user device issues both remotely and onsite.
• Collaborate with Level 1 engineers, offering guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and clear communication with clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support or MSP environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working onsite with clients when required.
