Home & Investment Lending Executive – Canberra

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Home & Investment Lending Executive for its Canberra branch. In this full‑time permanent position you will guide customers through the home‑loan journey, helping them save for, purchase and own their residential or investment property.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and referral partners.
• Coach clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
• Identify lending opportunities and meet sales targets in line with ANZ’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to generate leads and improve turnaround times.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and credit‑policy requirements.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Canberra property market.
