Finance Manager – Marketplace 3P Business

About the role

Amazon International Seller Services (ISS) is looking for a Finance Manager to join its fast‑growing Marketplace 3P business in Sydney. You will partner with business leaders, own the full P&L, and provide strategic planning and execution support for sellers on Amazon’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models and analytical tools to measure productivity, ROI and investment outcomes.
• Create monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages, including detailed P&Ls, bridges and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with business teams to perform variance analysis and explain deviations from plan.
• Audit financial and business metrics, reconcile data across systems, and investigate monthly results for errors.
• Build deep‑dive reports on variable and fixed costs, operating expenses, headcount and other key cost drivers.
• Lead long‑term and short‑term financial planning activities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience applying KPIs to financial analysis.
• 6+ years of experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 6+ years of participation in continuous‑improvement projects with measurable results.
• Proven ability to identify incomplete or inaccurate data, determine root causes and implement escalation plans.
