Designer - Luxury Homes

About the role

We are seeking a talented Designer to lead the creative and technical aspects of luxury residential projects. You will work on high‑end single homes, two‑storey builds and boutique renovations while championing energy‑efficient design practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing sketch and planning design phases.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to produce council‑ready documentation.
• Deliver design solutions for luxury homes, coastal builds, boutique renovations and small commercial projects.
• Apply Passive House (Passivhaus) principles and other sustainable design standards, with full training provided.
• Maintain liaison with clients and planning authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong residential design experience with a creative edge.
• Confidence presenting concepts and meeting clients.
• Comfortable coordinating with offshore teams and handling basic drafting tasks.
• Passion for sustainable architecture and innovation.

• Salary $90K – $120K + Super (AUD) plus DOE.
