About the role
Canex Resources is recruiting on behalf of an international mobility and vehicle‑rental provider for a full‑time Customer Service Agent. The role is fast‑paced, involves direct interaction with customers and requires availability for nights, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
Key responsibilities
- Open and close rental agreements.
- Manage reservations and respond to customer enquiries.
- Sell additional over‑the‑counter rental products.
- Perform general office administration, including phone handling and filing.
- Record vehicle damage and condition reports.
- Deliver and move vehicles between locations.
- Work across the main office and airport sites.
- Provide high‑quality customer service at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or dealership environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
Required skills
- Current Manual Open Driver’s Licence.
- Reliable transport to and from work.
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
