About the role
Join Nine’s Australian Customer Service Centre as a Customer Service Representative. You will support subscribers of leading publications such as The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian Financial Review and The Age, as well as users of Nine’s digital and broadcast on‑demand services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional verbal and written support, consistently exceeding performance metrics.
- Handle and resolve complex customer interactions across phone, email and web forms.
- Promote relevant products and sales offers, addressing objections effectively.
- Participate in a 7‑day rotational roster, covering both weekday and weekend shifts as required.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service mindset with active listening, empathy and clear communication.
- Positive, proactive and resilient attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and communication tools simultaneously.
