Brand Communications Manager (ANZ)

About the role

Arc'teryx is seeking a strategic Brand Communications Manager to lead the brand’s storytelling across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape integrated marketing initiatives that connect consumers with the brand’s premium outdoor heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Brand Marketing function across brand management, PR, social media, creative and content.
• Develop and execute culturally relevant, omnichannel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and growth.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent, premium brand representation.
• Collaborate with retail, merchandising, commercial and sport marketing teams to align storytelling.
• Identify partnership, ambassador, event and community opportunities to amplify brand narratives.
• Manage agency relationships for PR, creative, media, social and production.
• Oversee campaign budgets, forecasting and operational planning.

Required profile

• Significant experience in premium apparel, sport, outdoor or culturally connected brands.
• Proven leadership of brand marketing, PR, social media and creative/content functions.
• Strong strategic, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing high‑performing teams and complex stakeholder environments.
