Retail & Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Wilson Sporting Goods is looking for a motivated Retail & Trade Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing activities across owned stores and wholesale partners. This casual, part‑time position (Tuesday‑Thursday, 9 am‑5 pm) offers early‑career marketers hands‑on experience in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate retail and trade marketing campaigns according to agreed priorities.
• Assist with campaign timelines, asset preparation, and rollout support.
• Ensure campaigns follow brand guidelines and prepare in‑store marketing materials such as POS displays and signage.
• Support the creation and distribution of retail campaign toolkits, briefs, and store communications.
• Maintain the retail marketing calendar, campaign trackers, and related documentation.
• Support trade marketing activities for wholesale and B2B partners.
• Perform basic content updates using templates and approved tools.
• Collect content for presentations, reports, and internal platforms.
• Track marketing budgets, invoices, and spend.
• Organise and maintain marketing folders, calendars, and trackers.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Completed or partially completed marketing degree.
• Internship or work experience in marketing, communications, or retail while studying.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva is an advantage.
