Zone Manager (3IC) – Part‑time

About the role

MECCA Cosmetica Armadale is seeking a passionate Zone Manager (3IC) to lead the store on a part‑time basis (21 hours per week). You will support the management team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and drive store success through strong communication and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead from the front, communicating clearly and upskilling the team.
• Engage and motivate store staff to meet KPIs and uphold company values.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development for team members.

Required profile

• Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams.
• Strong passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
• Confidence in giving constructive feedback and coaching staff.
• Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
