Workshop Supervisor

About the role

Lead a team of technicians in TCR's Adelaide workshop, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate parts management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings, allocate tasks and plan workflow for the technician team.
• Maintain an accurate and organised parts store, including stock control and record‑keeping.
• Support technicians, monitor job progress and complete administrative tasks in SAP/FSM.
• Help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• People‑oriented team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with willingness to help where needed.
• Leadership experience or natural ability to take responsibility.
• Relevant trade qualification as LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic with strong practical technical aptitude.

Required skills

• Experience using SAP/FSM for administrative tasks.
• Technical aptitude related to LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic trade.
