Workshop / Field Service Technician

About the role

A skilled and reliable Workshop or Field Service Technician is sought to join the team in Darra. The roles support customers through quality repairs, servicing and diagnostics, and are aligned to experience, capability and business needs. Candidates can work primarily in the workshop or primarily in the field attending customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and repairs of equipment
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Workshop-based repairs and preparation of equipment
• Field service work at customer sites (for field-based roles)
• Accurate completion of job cards and documentation
• Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
• Delivering professional, customer-focused service

Required profile

• Trade qualification in Mobile Plant, Heavy Diesel or similar
• Current driver's licence (essential)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and prioritisation, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing job requirements
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
