About the role
Crown Law is seeking a Lawyer to join its Workplace Law Team, providing comprehensive advice on public sector employment, industrial relations and discrimination law. This permanent, full‑time position offers a flexible 36.25‑hour week and the ability to work from home.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice, research and drafting on employment, industrial relations and discrimination matters.
- Assist senior practitioners with case preparation and representation.
- Support clients across Queensland public sector agencies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
