Workplace Experience Coordinator

About the role

Aurecon is seeking an enthusiastic Workplace Experience Coordinator to join its NSW/ACT Workplace team. Based in the modern North Sydney office, you will be the face of the workplace, creating welcoming experiences for employees, clients, and visitors across Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional front‑of‑house experience for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end workplace events, activations, meetings and celebrations, managing the Workplace Calendar.
• Champion hospitality services, including catering and barista provisions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace services, health, safety and compliance processes.
• Use feedback, insights and data to continuously improve workplace operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, events or a similar people‑focused environment.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and resilience in a fast‑paced setting.
