Principal Recruitment Consultant – Energy & Renewables

About the role

Enertia Talent is seeking a Principal Consultant to join its energy, renewables, and infrastructure division. You will work closely with the Executive Director and help build the future workforce powering Australia’s energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit high‑impact talent across energy and infrastructure – both retained and contingent.
• Partner with new and existing clients to understand hiring needs and build strong relationships.
• Deliver on roles throughout the project lifecycle, from origination to final investment decision (FID).
• Leverage brand content, podcasts, and marketing to open doors and add value for clients.
• Help shape a growing function with influence and purpose.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or commercial roles, preferably with an interest in energy, infrastructure or ESG.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Open to candidates without a recruitment background if they are driven, curious and customer‑obsessed.
