Workplace Experience Coordinator – Canberra

About the role
The Workplace Experience Coordinator will be the face of Aurecon’s Canberra office, delivering a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house experience. Based at the Concierge Desk, you will support day‑to‑day facilities operations and help create a connected, well‑run workplace for staff, clients and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a warm, consistent experience for clients, visitors and staff at the Canberra office.
- Support the Office Lead with client‑facing activities, communications, administration and culture‑building initiatives.
- Coordinate events, large meetings, workshops and workplace activations.
- Manage day‑to‑day facilities services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, stationery, parking and fleet.
- Oversee health, safety and compliance tasks such as Donesafe reporting, ISO audit preparation, fire‑warden and first‑aider coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for workplace services, handling access passes, room support, IT/AV triage, Wi‑Fi, lockers and general office requests.
- Assist with client and business development administration, including CMS updates and proposal support.
Required profile
- Curious, proactive and people‑focused with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to balance service excellence with practical execution.
- Enjoys problem‑solving, behind‑the‑scenes coordination and data‑driven improvement.
