Workplace Coordinator

About the role

Randstad is recruiting, on behalf of an established Mascot-based organisation, an energetic and proactive Workplace Coordinator. The role takes ownership of day-to-day office operations, amenities and four dedicated training rooms. Working autonomously on site, you keep the workplace organised, fully supplied and ready for business each morning, while supporting facilities and event spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage booking calendars and requests across four training rooms, approve schedules and liaise with organisers
• Reconfigure room layouts for events (tables and chairs are on casters)
• Receive, verify and set out catering orders for internal meetings
• Perform daily morning setups: stock fresh fruit, milk and tea, and make sure coffee machines run smoothly
• Walk the floors daily to spot, report and follow up on facilities, maintenance or safety items
• Audit and restock print hubs, utility areas and stationery, and manage ongoing reorders
• Cover front-of-house reception for one hour each day during lunch (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

Required profile

• Experience in workplace services, facilities or corporate office support
• Self-directed, able to prioritise tasks independently
• Punctual and available for consistent 7:00 AM starts in Mascot
• Comfortable with light physical tasks involved in room setups
• Clear verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail
