Workplace Assessor - Early Childhood Education

About the role

Independent contractor role offering flexible hours and a variable workload. You will conduct Structured Workplace Learning and Assessment (SWLA) visits for early childhood education students in Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Visit learners in their workplace to assess skills and competencies in person.
• Observe and verify that tasks are completed to required standards.
• Communicate with workplace supervisors to confirm student performance.
• Complete and submit assessment documentation in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Relevant Early Childhood Education qualifications (minimum Certificate IV, Diploma preferred).
• Current vocational competence and industry currency in Early Childhood Education.
• Assessing experience or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Ability to travel locally to workplaces for assessment visits.
