Workday AMS Financials Consultant

About the role

UST is looking for an experienced Certified Financial Consultant to join its AMS team, delivering Workday Financials expertise to clients across Australia. This remote position can be based anywhere in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise on the Workday Financials suite and act as a technical consultant.
• Manage multiple client cases or projects, track timelines, budgets and deliver status reports.
• Ensure functional solutions support downstream data extraction and integration testing.
• Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train junior consultants, share product knowledge and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• 4+ years implementing Financial, Procurement or Expense Management solutions.
• Current Workday Financials certification; CPA or advanced accounting degree preferred.
• Prior consulting experience with large software implementations (Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP).
• Proven project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple AMS cases simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer‑service orientation.
