Audit Assistant Manager / Manager

About the role

Join Crowe Australasia as an Audit Assistant Manager or Manager and lead high‑performing audit teams while delivering top‑quality, client‑first audit experiences. You will act as a key contact for clients, building long‑term relationships and ensuring audits meet quality, budget and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver audits in line with quality, budget and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review audit reports and management letters.
• Coach, develop and allocate work to enhance team capability.
• Ensure compliance with audit methodology and accounting standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and support fee proposals.

Required profile

• Previous experience with Australian auditing and accounting standards.
• CA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage competing priorities within agreed timeframes.
• Proven capability to lead and inspire teams.

Required skills

• CaseWare Working Papers.
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
