About the role

The Private Advice Assistant supports the advisory team in delivering sophisticated financial solutions to high‑net‑worth clients. This permanent, full‑time position offers exposure to complex advice implementation and a pathway to senior client‑service roles.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of tailored advice strategies across a range of investments and structures.
• Collaborate with advisers, operations, and compliance to resolve complex client queries.
• Provide premium client service via phone, email and direct engagement.
• Anticipate client needs and align advice solutions with long‑term objectives while managing multiple priorities.
• Leverage systems and processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in the financial advice industry.
• Diploma of Financial Planning or related degree.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication skills.
• Resilient, growth‑oriented and able to manage risk.
