Windows Administrator

About the role

Accenture is looking for two experienced Windows Administrators to join its Infrastructure Managed Services team in Ballarat. You will support day‑to‑day Windows Server operations, focusing on Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM and incident resolution within a large‑scale enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Windows Server administration including provisioning, patching and monitoring.
• Manage Active Directory objects, Group Policy settings and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) for patch compliance and software deployment.
• Resolve Level 2 Windows incidents and service requests, support DNS zone management and assist with server builds, upgrades and decommissioning.
• Document processes, maintain knowledge‑base articles and participate in change management and scheduled maintenance.

Required profile

• Approximately five to seven years of Windows Server administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy and SCCM/MECM.
• Basic PowerShell scripting and experience working in an ITIL service‑management environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Ballarat.
