SharePoint and Power Platform Team Lead

About the role

Lead and shape the SharePoint and Power Platform capability for V/Line in a hands‑on leadership position. You will guide a team of specialists while delivering innovative solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a team responsible for developing, managing and administering SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that enhance collaboration and streamline processes.
• Drive platform excellence, champion best practices and ensure reliability of digital workplace technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the Application Test Team Lead to ensure robust testing and deployment.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience developing, managing and administering Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
• 3+ years experience leading a team in the same domains.
• Proven ability to identify technical or business problems and build effective solutions.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills, both internal and external.
• ITIL V4 qualification and tertiary IT qualifications are highly desirable.
