Windows Administrator

About the role

The Windows Administrator will support the AGO GEO SPACES program, ensuring secure, high‑availability infrastructure for national security capabilities. You will work with a team of specialist technical professionals in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for complex Microsoft Windows infrastructure, resolving incidents and maintaining performance of mission‑critical systems.
• Administer and optimise Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMware platforms.
• Manage application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle of Standard Operating Environments using MECM.
• Support and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure, including HP OneView and GreenLake platforms, within security and compliance frameworks.

Required profile

• Experienced infrastructure professional comfortable working in secure, complex technical environments.
• Collaborative approach with a commitment to operational excellence and reliable outcomes.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 administration
• Active Directory and Group Policy management
• MECM application packaging and SOE lifecycle management
• VMware virtual infrastructure administration
• Level 2/3 incident response and troubleshooting
• Experience with HP OneView and GreenLake platforms (advantageous)
