About the role
The Wellbeing Leader (Leader Band B-1) is a senior leadership position at Hendon Primary School, part of the Western Adelaide Shores partnership. The role runs from 22 January 2027 to 23 January 2030 and is offered on a full‑time basis with the possibility of part‑time or flexible arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for student wellbeing across the school.
- Collaborate with teaching and support staff to embed wellbeing practices.
- Monitor and report on wellbeing outcomes in line with school and district expectations.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in educational leadership or a related wellbeing role.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment.
- Willingness to work within the Western Adelaide Shores local partnership.

- Salary: $133,736 per annum (full‑time equivalent).
