Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

Trident Logistics Group, a fast-growing 3PL in Western Sydney, is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader. It is a hands-on, full-time role split between the warehouse floor and systems and process improvement, with direct work alongside the team and with the company's directors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a small warehouse team of 2-3 people while working alongside them.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders so they leave correctly and on time.
• Unload containers and handle stock when required.
• Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts.
• Drive smarter, faster and more cost-effective operations while keeping quality and safety.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries and ensure shipments meet customer demand.
• Work directly with clients, answering queries and building strong relationships.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Forklift licence (counterbalance and high reach).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment and to lead by example.
• PR or a long-term visa.

Required skills

• WMS and Microsoft Office.
• WHS and compliance knowledge.
