Warehouse Supervisor - Fresh Produce

About the role

Costa, a grower, packer and marketer of fresh fruit and vegetables, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for its Rocklea Market business in Brisbane. This is a full-time, permanent, hands-on leadership role based on site, coordinating daily warehouse activities and supporting the safe, accurate and timely movement of fresh produce to customers. The market operates overnight, so hours are generally Monday to Friday, 2:00 am to 11:00 am, with occasional weekend work.

Key responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day warehouse operation and coordinate stock receivals, picking and dispatch.
• Lead, support and motivate the team, making sure work is completed safely and on time.
• Work with the operational and sales teams on receipt, storage, selection, loading and dispatch of produce.
• Support workforce planning, allocate daily resources and help build a capable warehouse team.
• Manage rosters and daily priorities, and keep inventory and pallet records accurate.

Required profile

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader experience.
• Experience in warehousing, transport, produce or FMCG.
• Full Australian working rights; applicants must be available to work the stated hours.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
