Warehouse & Stock Controller

About the role

BBC Digital is seeking a Warehouse & Stock Controller to join its Brisbane (Hendra) team. The role involves managing the flow of equipment and consumables, supporting service technicians, and ensuring accurate inventory records. Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of equipment to the store and internal stock movements.
• Order, receive and process goods in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock takes with high accuracy and replenish inventory.
• Maintain field technician van stock and handle returns.
• Use the in‑house database to order equipment, parts and toner.
• Generate inventory and other operational reports.
• Collaborate with service, admin and sales teams on daily tasks.
• Keep the warehouse tidy, organized and safely stacked.

Required profile

• High punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and equipment.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and follow procedures.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Manual forklift operation (not mandatory but preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Inventory reporting and data entry.

• Negotiable salary within $60,000‑$65,000 AUD per year.
